In addition, a proposed 90-unit limit for credit unit courses at the community college level could be enforced. Students over the unit max can still attend credit courses at community colleges, however, they will be forced to pay the full price of instruction.

Colleges can grant case-by-case fee waivers to students, but the college will not receive funding for those students.
